Paul is a seasoned commercial real estate professional he has been active in the industry for over 34 years. Paul founded LS Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., in 1990 with a focus on Brokerage & Management of commercial properties. He is fortunate to actively represent a wide range of local, regional, national and international clients for their varied and specialized needs across the United States. His activities have included the successful closing of numerous property lease and sale transactions with total value well in excess of $1,000,000,000.00.

In addition to his role as President of LS Commercial, Paul leads a number of other companies which provide key services to the commercial real estate sector which include; development, construction, capital advisory and project/development consultation. Further, Paul is active in a wide variety of organizations including a past role as a member of the Board of Directors for Kansas City SmartPort and Southwest Johnson County Economic Development Council. He is a current member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), NAIOP Forum Development Group Board, Kansas City Area Development Council, the Commercial Real Estate Council as well as several community non-profit and charitable organizations. Paul is also a member of the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame and a contributing editor to several trade publications.
