John H. Smith came to LS Commercial Real Estate on the first day of the century (January 1, 2001) bringing with him over 20 years of business development and management experience. A life long Kansas City area resident, Smith is known for his networking and business connections throughout the area. From banking to developing start up companies, Smith has been a part of the Kansas City business community for many years.
John worked many years with the Volunteer Center of Johnson County, The Kidney Foundation of Eastern Kansas and Western Missouri, the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, The Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, the Baucuss Foundation, Kansas City Crime Commission, Downtown Incorporated and various other not for profit agencies in the Kansas City metro area.
John’s main responsibilities with LS Commercial Real Estate are to act as a Owner’s Agent for large industrial properties managed and developed by LS Commercial Real Estate, but he also works with investment properties, 1031 Exchanges and other properties as a Buyers Agent
