Paul Licausi, President of LS Commercial Real Estate is a seasoned real estate professional . He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than twenty years. He founded LS Commercial Real Estate in 1990 with an emphasis on Brokerage, Management and Development servicesl. Paul has completed numerous sale and lease transactions throughout his career and has developed over 5,000,000 square feet of retail and industrial property throughout the Midwest and Southwest. LS Commercial is a leading provider of a wide range of commercial real estate services and represents a portfolio of commercial properties in excess of 9,000,000 square feet with a portfolio exceeding $200,000,000.00.
In addition to his reponsibilities at LS Commercial, Paul is also President of LS Construction Services, a full service general contracting company which is a sister company to LS Commercial Real Estate, Inc. The addition of the General Contracting Company allows LS Commercial to provide a construction component which has been very valuable to the client base.
Paul is active in a wide variety of organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for Kansas City Smart Port and Southwest Johnson County Economic Development Council. He is a member of the International Association of Shopping Centers, Industrial Asset Management Council, Corenet Global, the Commercial Real Estate Council, Kansas City Area Development Council and several community nonprofit and charitable organizations. Paul is also a contributing editor to several trade publications.

Charlotte Laverentz, Director of Property Management, oversees a portfolio of commercial real estate exceeding 9,000,000 square feet located throughout the Midwest. In addition to extensive experience managing commercial properties, she is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Charlotte manages a staff of property managers, maintenance personnel and security officers which make up the property services division. Charlotte has nearly 30 years of administrative and facility management experience and continues to broaden her knowledge base.

John Smith, Director of Industrial Real Estate Services, has completed numerous lease and sale transactions. John is actively involved in both leasing and sales activity for the company and also manages the brokerage staff. He has extensive experience in the banking sector prior to joining LS Commercial. John is involved with many professional organizations, such as Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), Kansas City Smart Port, and Southwestern Johnson County Economic Development. John has held various leadership positions with various non profit organizations in the community including the Volunteer Center of Johnson County, National Kidney Foundation of Eastern Kansas and Western Missouri, and several Chambers of Commerce in the Greater Kansas City area.

Reta has a strong financial and real estate background having spent numerous years in the banking and commercial mortgage sectors as well as in the oil sector. Diana Styers, Director of Accounting and Finance, manages a staff of finance and accounting personnel which is part of the client services division. Diana has extensive experience in the accounting field having spent more than 20 years in the accounting industry. She oversees all aspects of the client services division which includes accounting, financial analysis, project accounts receivables and payables and financial reporting.
