Chuck Cuda has been with LS Commercial Real Estate for 2 years. He started as an intern in March of 2004 while finishing up his undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Chuck received his Kansas and Missouri Real Estate Sales License in August of 2004 after assisting in office research and marketing tactics. Chuck has been mentored by John Smith, Paul Licausi, and Bill Service all of whom have many years experience in the industry. He has used his competitive nature to challenge himself in learning the industry and to create opportunity.
Chuck has brokered deals on both the Industrial and Retail side of the Commercial Real Estate realm. He also has handled building sales and acquisitions, as well as leasing.
